[PC 10,015] Seized property3

(1) Pursuant to section 30 of the Act, the Commissioner of Police has responsibility for the control and management of all property seized under a warrant.
(2) The Director of Public Prosecutions shall within 14 days from the date the property was seized under subregulation (1), make an application to the court for a restraining order for the seized property.
